“During the Spring Festival market, orders mainly consist of grilled chili flakes, spicy chili paste, and seasonings. Order volumes have increased by about 40% compared to usual times. We anticipate stocking up on around 11.5 million orders before the New Year, and expect to ship out approximately 6 million orders in January. To ease the pressure from the surge in orders and ensure that every customer receives their goods on time, we’ve added staff to our production lines, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations in each workshop and making sure all pre-New Year orders are fully shipped out,” said Zhang Xiongli, Assistant to the Sales Department of the company.
Chili cultivation is one of the poverty-alleviation industries that has helped residents in Longli County shake off poverty and achieve prosperity. In recent years, Longli County has adopted a model of "company + cooperative + base + farmer," resulting in a county-wide chili planting area of 35,000 mu and an annual production capacity of 53,000 tons of chili peppers. Currently, Longli County has attracted several chili-processing enterprises, which have established large-scale, standardized deep-processing production lines to manufacture a variety of chili products.
